Sovereign Scale
Core Capabilities
Aveum GIS converts genomic source material into a compact sovereign identity anchor with full traceability back to the source DNA.
Each GIS identifier is a unique 15-character hexadecimal code derived deterministically from the subject's genomic data. The identifier space supports the entire global population with zero collision probability. Built-in Genomic Duplicate Safety Hash (GDSH) resolution ensures no two subjects can receive the same identifier.
The system ingests standard WGS output (~300 GB per subject in FASTQ/BAM/VCF format) and produces a lightweight GIS anchor in sub-second time. The full WGS dataset remains archived with complete traceability. The 15-hex identifier serves as a fast-retrieval key to the original source DNA data.
Unlike any WGS management system or biometric identity platform globally in place today, Aveum GIS operates on commodity hardware. A single 128 GB RAM workstation can host a global-scale identity dataset in-memory. An entire continental population (335M+ subjects) fits on one rack server at approximately 33.5 TB.
Zero-knowledge design. The system does not ingest, store, or process health markers, racial indicators, or medical data. Forensic identification and kinship auditing are performed without exposing protected health information. Compliant with GDPR, PIPEDA, PDPL, and national data sovereignty requirements.
Deployment Model
Aveum GIS is not a SaaS product and is not hosted in any third-party cloud. The system deploys directly onto the sovereign entity's own infrastructure under an annual license agreement. Each deployment is independent and decentralized. No data leaves the nation's perimeter.
Pre-built sovereign API adapters provide single-step integration with existing government infrastructure. Certified adapters for Oracle, IBM, and Microsoft Azure environments. Native API compatibility with all G7 national identification frameworks, Swiss federal identity environments, and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia "Vision-Scale" programs.
Designed to operate alongside and within existing national systems without requiring architectural replacement. Plugs directly into CODIS, NDNAD, FNAEG, DAD, NGI/AFIS, INTERPOL I-24/7, and equivalent databases. All use cases including immigration, military, national ID, passports, law enforcement, and forensic are served from a single deployment.

Verified Performance
The following benchmarks are drawn from recorded runs against the public 1000 Genomes 30x on GRCh38 dataset. The reference cohort contains 3,202 samples across 26 populations, sequenced to targeted 30x coverage on Illumina NovaSeq 6000 instruments and aligned to GRCh38.
